How a makeover works

Select a school
Each year we choose an under-resourced elementary school and listen for the space it dreams of.

Makeover weekend
Over 1,000 volunteers paint murals, build gardens and outdoor classrooms, and bring a Dream Project to life in a single weekend.

A lasting space
Students return to hallways and classrooms that spark confidence, joy, and a sense of belonging.
